A leading European data centre delivery partner is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join a major data centre project in Finland.
This is a senior site-based role with responsibility for the successful delivery of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scope on a large-scale, fast-track, mission-critical data centre project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead onsite CSA teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme delivery from early works through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages
- Lead and support CSA supervisors, engineers, and package managers onsite
- Drive a strong culture of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance
- Oversee day-to-day site operations with a focus on safety and quality assurance
- Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation activities
- Develop and implement the CSA project delivery strategy
- Support commercial teams with scope development, subcontract enquiries, and variations
- Review client design information and resolve discrepancies against standards
- Manage CSA scheduling, sequencing, and short-term look-ahead programmes
- Chair weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors and supply chain
- Track progress, resources, and performance against programme milestones
- Coordinate with design and planning teams to align construction activities
- Manage QA/QC processes, inspections, documentation, and close-out
- Oversee punch list completion, safety files, QA files, and handover documentation
- Produce daily and weekly progress reports for project leadership
Requirements
- Relevant construction degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in CSA construction on large-scale projects
- Strong background delivering CSA work packages on complex builds
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and onsite construction teams
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and planning
- Experience on data centre, mission-critical, or large industrial projects preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
