Data Engineer
Location: Remote, United States
Salary: $140,000 – $175,000 + Equity
We’re looking for a Data Engineer to help build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that power analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives across the business.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and supports key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Develop and optimise data models and transformations.
- Monitor and improve data quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures and data issues.
- Support analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives.
- Improve platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Data Engineering experience.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Experience with AWS cloud technologies.
- Experience with Spark/PySpark and large-scale data processing.
- Experience building production-grade data pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Apache Iceberg, Dagster, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, or FastAPI.
- Experience supporting machine learning workflows.
