Data Operations Manager

Data Operations Manager – Berlin (Hybrid) – Up to €70k – Permanent

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Data Operations Manager to join a growing organisation within the energy and infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and service partners, providing regular updates and resolving operational queries.
• Manage procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier communications and cost tracking.
• Monitor operational costs, invoices and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external service partners and suppliers, ensuring agreed service levels are met.
• Support the onboarding of new customers and assets, including operational transitions and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an operations, service coordination, facilities, property, utilities, engineering support or similar operational role.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors or service partners.
• Good commercial awareness with experience of purchase orders, invoices or budget tracking.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
