Senior Data Architect – Hybrid, PARIS – 12-Month Initial Contract (with extension) – 700-800€/DAY
We are currently supporting an industry-leading consultancy based in Paris, specialised in CMMS/EAM solutions and complex systems integration, who are continuing to experience strong growth across the French market.
As part of a major expansion into Data & Artificial Intelligence services, they are now looking to engage an experienced Data Architect to support a number of high-profile enterprise client projects focused on large-scale transformation and modernisation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and evolve the overall architecture of enterprise data platforms
- Define data modelling standards, frameworks and best practices across projects
- Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to support implementation
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, scalability and technical strategy
- Drive data security, governance and compliance across environments (GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Contribute to cloud migration and modern data platform initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Architecture or equivalent
- Strong background in enterprise data architecture across on-prem and/or cloud environments
- Experience working with Big Data ecosystems including Hadoop, Spark and Cloudera CDP
- Strong understanding of data governance, security and regulatory compliance
- Experience working within consulting environments or enterprise-scale programmes is highly beneficial
- Previous exposure to the public sector or social protection domain would be advantageous
