Systems Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure – £75,000 – £85,000 – London (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join a growing technology organisation delivering complex infrastructure and cloud-based solutions across enterprise environments. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and optimisation of scalable systems supporting critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and systems environments
- Support cloud migration, systems integration, and platform optimisation projects
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure high system availability and performance
- Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, processes, and system standards
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure operations
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience within Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of networking, virtualisation, storage, and security best practices
- Experience with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash would be advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
